Returns & Exchanges

Giftsy is a peer-to-peer platform.

All gifts and exchanges are arranged directly between users.

Giftsy does not process, manage, or host returns.

If you would like to return an item or resolve an issue with an exchange, you must communicate directly with the other user involved to agree on a solution.

Once an item has been received, users may choose to relist the item on Giftsy if they no longer wish to keep it.

Giftsy is not responsible for:

• return shipping
• refunds
• lost items
• or disputes between users
