Giftsy Community Rules

At Giftsy, our community is built on trust, kindness, and responsibility. By using the platform, you agree to follow these rules:

1. Be honest and transparent

List items accurately, including condition, size, defects, and real photos.

2. Ship on time

Once a gift or exchange is accepted, you must ship your item within 7 days.

If you are unable to ship on time, you must communicate with the other user.

Do not leave your exchange partner without a response.

3. Treat others with respect

Harassment, discrimination, coercion, manipulation, exploitation, or abusive behavior is not tolerated — including attempting to take advantage of younger or vulnerable users.

Do not use the platform for personal advantage or to exploit other users.

4. Share responsibly

Do not list counterfeit items, illegal goods, or items that violate intellectual property or safety laws.

5. Keep communication on Giftsy

All coordination related to gifting and exchanges should remain within the platform.

6. Handle returns directly with your partner

Giftsy does not manage returns or exchanges. Any return agreement is made directly between users.

7. Honor your commitments

Only send requests you intend to complete. Do not cancel or disappear after acceptance.

8. Protect the community

Report suspicious behavior, scams, or misuse of the platform.

9. One person, one account

Multiple or misleading accounts are not allowed.

10. Giftsy may take action when rules are violated

We may suspend or remove accounts to protect the community and platform integrity.
